Turnkey System Solutions

This includes Initial Site Survey, System Conception, Selecting Cost-effective Configuration, Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance.

We also offer Customized Solutions for Expansion & Integration and Augmentation of existing systems.

Installation and Commissioning

For all our Projects, the Installation and Commissioning activities at the site are handled by our Customer Service Support (CSS) group, ably supervised by our Senior Managers. Once the Commissioning and Calibration is completed, the System is handed over to our customer along with proper orientation and training.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

The Gas & Level Detection Systems are supplied and installed by our experts and engineers, in order to ensure safety of the plant personnel and equipment.

As a result, ‘Preventive Maintenance and Recalibration’ under AMC at regular intervals, plays a major role in ensuring 100% availability and functioning of the system, without any breakdown.


We offer flexible Rental Solutions to our customers with Fixed, Portable and Transportable Multi-gas Detectors.

The Rental Period can be a month, quarter or more as per application.

All our Gas Detectors supplied on rent are properly calibrated and ready to use.

Customer Training

We design ‘Training Programmes’ to help newcomers and veterans to develop a better understanding of how to use our Gas and Level Detection Systems more effectively at the site. Training Sessions are offered in-house as well as at locations convenient to our Customers, anywhere in India.

Safety Audit Support

Based on our expertise of more than 25 years, we offer special visits to assist the Plant Officers during regular Safety Audits.

Customer Service Centre (CSC)

We have a well-equipped Customer Service Centre at Mumbai, managed and looked after by a competent Manager.

As per Statutory Requirements, our CSC handle ‘Preventive Maintenance and Recalibration’ of large varieties of Portable Multi-Gas Detectors once every year, for all our Customers across India.

All Portable Gas Detection Instruments are returned with a ‘Recalibration Certificate’ issued by us, valid for 1 year.

Repair and servicing of all our Transmitters, Detectors, Control Modules and Power Supply Modules, is also carried out in our CSC.
